Refund Policy

just. jitz. will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.  For a full refund or exchange, please mail back your item within 14 days of receipt of your order.  Items must be returned with any just. jitz. tags still attached and must be in the original packaging.  To begin this process, please email [email protected] your intentions to return your order and you will be given the return mailing address.
